    • All Products are subject to delivery fee. Please see our delivery area link below for zip code delivery cost.  Delivery Cost.

    • All rentals will be delivered between 10am – 8pm and our team is in the area an hour before event ends for pick up unless other arrangements have been made.

    • We require a designated point person to be present at the time of delivery to receive the rentals. Additional wait-time fees may be added to your balance if no one is available.

    • All orders are subject to 8.875% sales tax

    • All orders have a 25% deposit to secure booking for the time/day and are non-refundable.

    • All orders need to be paid in full 24 hours before the event.

  • 💡 Prices displayed on our website are for private backyard parties. Public events, larger gatherings, or corporate functions may have different pricing based on guest count, permits, staffing, and additional setup needs. These details will be discussed during consultation to ensure accurate pricing for your specific event.

    • Ensure The Challenger is securely fastened to the ground with safety stakes.

    • Avoid using the inflatable in windy or other inclement weather conditions.

    • All materials comply with the Lead Free Toys Act, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

  • We prioritize cleanliness and safety. After each use, our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to ensure a hygienic environment for everyone. We use child-safe, non-toxic cleaning products to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

    • Enough space for us to set up your rental.

    • An electric outlet within 50 feet of the setup area

    • 115v~60Hz, 11.5A Power Wattage Outlet

    • A water source and water hose if using the wet feature.
