Welcome to Bouncing Dreamz LLC! By accessing and using our website, services, and products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These Terms govern your access to and use of our services, including bounce house rentals, inflatable food add-ons, and event bookings in Hyde Park, Poughkeepsie, and the Hudson Valley.

Our website is designed for informational and promotional purposes only. It showcases our available inflatable rentals, food add-ons, and party services in the Hudson Valley. If you wish to book a rental, please submit an inquiry using the form on our Contact page or by clicking the “Booking” button to begin the consultation process.

COMMENCEMENT DATE & CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
This Terms & Conditions page supplements your signed rental contract. The contract is legally binding once executed and outlines the "Commencement Date" and the duration of your "Event Term" as specified in your agreement.
 

• No bookings or payments are made through our website.

• All bookings and payments are completed after consultation via phone or email.

• A non-refundable security deposit (25%) is required at the time of contract signing.

• Remaining balance is due before the event as per the agreed terms.

• If the balance is not received in time, the reservation is void and the deposit is forfeited.

• All fees are inclusive of applicable New York State taxes and payable via Cash, Check, or Zelle.

By using our services or site, you confirm you’ve read and accepted these Terms. We reserve the right to update them without notice.

• A signed contract is required before delivery and setup.

• Rentals are available in 1–4 hour and 5–8 hour time blocks. Additional time may incur added fees.

• Your event times ("Event Term") are confirmed in your contract.

• A valid ID and agreed payment method are required to reserve.

• A non-refundable security deposit (25%) is required at the time of contract signing.

• Remaining balance is due before the event as per the agreed terms.

• If the balance is not received in time, the reservation is void and the deposit is forfeited.

• All fees are inclusive of applicable New York State taxes and payable via Cash, Check, or Zelle.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations by the client will forfeit the deposit.

• Reservation changes must be made at least 15 days prior to the event and approved in writing.

• Approved refunds (excluding deposit) are processed within 5–7 business days.

• We deliver and set up all equipment at the agreed-upon location.

• The event space must be clear of debris, obstacles, and pet waste before setup.

• The lessee must ensure sufficient space, access to power, and safety compliance.

• If the location is unsafe or unsuitable, Bouncing Dreamz reserves the right to cancel without a refund.

• Clients are responsible for supervising all children and guests.

• Prohibited inside inflatables: shoes, food, drinks, pets, sharp objects.

• No flipping, rough play, or overloading units.

• Use of inflatables during rain, wind, or snow is prohibited.

• Socks must be worn at all times inside bounce houses.

• Visibly intoxicated individuals may not use the inflatables.

• Any injury must be reported before the end of the event.

• All users must sign a liability waiver and be physically capable.

• Clients are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss during the rental period.

• An Event Insurance policy of naming Bouncing Dreamz LLC as an additional insured is required.

• Bouncing Dreamz is not responsible for third-party or incidental damages.

• We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for safety violations.

• Bouncing Dreamz staff do not supervise minors. Guardians are solely responsible.

• Unsafe weather (e.g., high winds, heavy rain) may result in rescheduling or credit.
   

If an event is canceled due to natural disasters, pandemics, or other uncontrollable circumstances ("Force Majeure"), we may:

• Offer a future credit, or Cancel the contract without refund.

• No commercial photography/videography of our inflatables is permitted without written consent.

• By booking, you grant Bouncing Dreamz the right to use event photos/videos for promotional purposes.

• Use of our logo, likeness, or branding requires written permission and review of any materials.

• The content on our website, including text, images, and graphics, is owned by Bouncing Dreamz LLC and is protected by copyright laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any website content without prior written permission.

• Unauthorized use of our website or services may result in legal action.

• Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

• By using our website and services, you consent to our data collection and processing as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

• The lessee must comply with all local, state, and federal laws.

• Illegal or disruptive behavior may result in immediate event termination without refund.

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.

• Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate New York courts.

• Bouncing Dreamz LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

• Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
