• Email Address – For sending booking confirmations, updates, and delivery details.

• Phone Number – For timely communication about your event.

• Event Address – Used solely to calculate delivery fees and schedule setup/pick-up.
   

We do not collect or store any payment details like credit card numbers through our website.

• Confirm and process your party rental booking.

• Determine delivery costs for your bounce house or catering order.

• Agreement & Contract: Once your booking is confirmed, we provide a written contract.

• Delivery Fees: All rentals are subject to a delivery fee, based on your zip code. (See our Delivery Area page.)

• Rental Windows: Deliveries occur between 10 AM – 8 PM. We pick up about an hour before your event ends unless otherwise arranged.

• Point of Contact: Someone must be present at the delivery location. Wait-time fees may apply if no one is available.

• Deposits: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your bouncy house rental or catering reservation.

• Final Payment: Due in full 24 hours before the event.

• No Online Payments: We do not collect payment through our website.

• Payment Methods: We accept Zelle, cash, or check after confirming your booking via phone or email.

• Follow-Up Required: All bookings are finalized with direct contact this helps us ensure each event, from kids’ parties to backyard celebrations, gets personal attention.

• You’re in control of your information. At any time, you may:

• Request to see the personal data we have.

• Ask for corrections or updates.

• Request deletion of your information (unless legally required to retain it).
