Refund Policy

At Bouncing Dreamz LLC, we understand that life happens and plans can change. As a family-owned, local business based in Hyde Park, NY, we strive to keep things fair for our clients while maintaining the resources needed to continue offering high-quality bounce house rentals, party catering, and event services across Poughkeepsie and the Hudson Valley.
 

By booking any service with us—whether it’s a bouncy house rental, event catering, or a party package—you agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you have any questions, we’re happy to assist before confirming your reservation.

• A 25% non-refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking.

• This applies to all services: bounce house rentals, food add-ons, and party planning.

• The deposit secures your date and rental equipment.

• If you cancel after booking, the deposit is forfeited and non-refundable under all circumstances.

To help ensure smooth operations, please note:

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the client.

• If payment is not made by the due date listed in your contract, the reservation is void and no refund will be issued.

• Reservation changes (date, time, or service adjustments) must be requested at least 15 days in advance and are subject to approval.

• We love sunny skies, but we understand that sometimes weather gets in the way of your big day.

• If extreme weather (e.g., storms, high winds) makes setup or operation unsafe, we may offer a credit toward a future booking (subject to availability).

• We ask that clients contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

• If your event must be canceled due to situations like natural disasters, new government regulations, public health emergencies, or other unforeseeable issues

• Bouncing Dreamz LLC reserves the right to: Offer a credit for a future date (subject to availability), or Terminate the contract without refund, depending on the situation.

• If no one is available to receive the rentals at the time of delivery, or if the client refuses setup, no refunds will be given.

• If your event is shut down early due to violations of the signed contract (e.g., safety concerns, property damage, or inappropriate behavior), no refund will be issued.

All payments made to Bouncing Dreamz LLC are final. Any chargebacks or disputes will be challenged with:

• A signed copy of your event contract

• All payments are final.

• This refund and cancellation policy
