Delivery & Setup Process

  • Our team delivers and sets up all bounce houses, equipment, and party supplies.

  • Setup area must be flat, clean, and free of debris or pet waste (grass, concrete, and pavement only).

  • Let us know in advance if we’ll need to navigate gates, steps, or tight paths.

  • Obstructed or unprepared areas may result in delays or extra charges.

Pickup Process & Client Responsibilities

  • Rentals must be ready for pickup at the scheduled time.
     

Clients are responsible for:

  • Removing debris/trash from the area

  • Ensuring access is clear for pickup

  • Failure to do so may result in additional fees.

Rental Duration & Late Fees

We offer flexible time slots to suit your party:
 

  • 1–4 Hour Rental

  • 5–8 Hour Rental
     

Late returns or extended use without prior arrangement may incur late fees.

Weather-Related Delivery Policy

Your safety is our priority. In cases of extreme weather (heavy rain, lightning, high winds, excessive heat), we may:

  • Delay delivery

  • Reschedule (subject to availability)

  • Cancel the rental if unsafe conditions persist

  • We’ll notify you of any weather-related changes as early as possible.

Client Responsibilities & Liability

Clients must:

  • Ensure guests follow the safety rules provided at setup

  • Supervise the use of bounce houses and rental items

  • Take full responsibility for damages caused by misuse or neglect

  • Bouncing Dreamz LLC is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use.

No-Show & Incomplete Deliveries

  • If Bouncing Dreamz LLC arrives but cannot complete delivery due to client absence, inaccessible location, or unsafe conditions, the full rental fee will still apply.

  • If the client refuses delivery upon arrival, no refund will be issued (per the Refund Policy).
