All Services are from 10am – 8pm and our team is in charge of the food.

We require a designated point person to be present at the time of delivery to receive the rentals. Additional wait-time fees may be added to your balance if no one is available.

All orders are subject to 8.875% sales tax

All orders have a 25% deposit to secure booking for the time/day and are non-refundable.

All orders need to be paid in full 24 hours before the event.

All food is freshly prepared on-site using sanitized equipment and handled by our trained staff following strict hygiene protocols.

We prioritize cleanliness and safety. After each use, our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to ensure a hygienic environment for everyone. We use child-safe, non-toxic cleaning products to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Our professional team serves guests directly and ensures proper food handling, hygiene, and cleanup.
General Requirements:

✔ Safe, Level Setup Area – A flat, stable surface (grass, pavement, or indoors) for food preparation and serving.
✔ Adequate Space – At least 6 ft. x 6 ft. of space for our food service setup.
✔ Electrical Access – A standard 110V outlet within 50 feet of the setup area for machines (cotton candy, snow cone, etc.).
